who are curious about their greatness.

Yes, this will be hard. But 100% worth it.

You will need to unlearn everything you think you
know about food and your physique. Sweet treats will
be removed. There are no cheat days — unless you
major in sabotaging your goals.

I will challenge you to build a routine that supports
who you say you want to be. Most fruits and fruit
juices will be removed. Weigh-ins are expected every
Sunday. No exceptions.

I'm not here to tell you what you want to hear.
