From Party Girl to Force to Be Reckoned With
Hi, I’m Arisa—also known as Saiint (stage name—don’t ask, just roll with it lol).
Like a lot of people, I used to get by on good genes and a fast metabolism. No real effort, no tracking—just the beauty of youth. For a long time, I stayed active, hit the gym, and didn’t think too much about it. But over time, things started to shift. My metabolism slowed, the weight crept on, and the quick fixes I once relied on? They stopped working.
In my 20s, I was pretty conscious—I worked out, stayed mindful of what I ate, and kept things in check. But when I hit my 30s, that all changed. I turned into a full-blown party girl—drinking, eating out, barely sleeping, and waking up hungover more times than I’d like to admit. I was still in the gym, but my weight wouldn’t budge. I’d lose a few pounds during the week, only to undo it all on the weekend. I tried fasting, keto, all the “quick fixes,” but nothing stuck because I wasn’t addressing the real problem. By my mid-30s, it all caught up to me—and I broke.
At 5’2” and 150 lbs, I hit my breaking point. I didn’t recognize myself. I hated how I felt. That’s when I finally did something I had never done before—I hired a coach. And let me tell you, that changed everything. Think about it—if you want to be great at something, you find someone who knows more than you do. Athletes have coaches. CEOs have mentors. And when it comes to nutrition and fitness, it’s no different. I thought I could figure it out on my own, but the truth is, I didn’t know nearly enough. With guidance, I dropped 20 lbs, but more importantly, I learned how to do it the right way.
And that’s when everything became clear. Losing that weight wasn’t just about looking better—it was about realizing my potential. I knew I was meant for fitness. I wanted to see what my body was capable of, to push past limits I never thought I could break. That’s when I set my sights on bikini competitions—not just to compete, but to get fitter, to elevate myself, to fully step into this space.
My first competition? Humbled me.
My second? Looked great but felt terrible.
By my third, I found the right coach, dialed in my training, and finally brought my best package to the stage—without starving, suffering, or feeling weak. I learned that extreme fitness isn’t sustainable, and neither is constantly chasing the “perfect” physique.
Now, I coach women who are where I once was—stuck in the cycle of trying everything, frustrated by their bodies, and craving real results. My goal isn’t to push you into extremes—it’s to help you find balance, build strength, and become the best version of YOU.
Whether you’re here to lose weight, gain muscle, or just feel confident in your skin again, I got you.
